New Banner and Navigation Bar!

So I spent most of the day fixing my navigation bar and revamping my banner (as you can see the new and improved one above!). Check it out and hover over all of the page links at the top to see what I did. Below you'll be able to see what I did too, with some process images beneath it.

And this was a first draft that I didn't really like, so I scrapped it.

I've never actually done one this advanced before, and this is my first time actually creating alternate content. So if anyone runs into any problems with it working, be sure to let me know so I can fix that up (I only got the chance to test it on about three different browsers). Thanks!

    Very cool!!!! Now that's a really unique navigation bar! Better than just a simple recolored hi-light.
