Time is Running Away

So I'm getting to that time where I feel like I have a million things to do and like no time to do all of them! Only about two or three more weeks until I go back to school, and I'm in the middle of way too many projects! Also, this week my relatives are in town so I'm going to be pretty occupied hanging out with family instead of working on art. Sorry about the late update, but that's my reason.

"Concert Finale"

Here's a piece I did of Yuka Parase, one of my characters. I haven't drawn her in awhile plus I felt like experimenting with some dramatic lighting, so here's what I came up with.

Just a quick digital sketch of Charizard. I've been playing Pokemon recently so I decided to revive an old project I was doing to try and draw all of the Pokemon in this kind of a style.

A variety of sketches in this sheet. Some figures drawings of my characters, portrait drawings, practicing drawing hands, a sketch of a Mother 3 piece I plan to digitalize, a sketch of Bunny Rabbot from Sonic that I might digitalize, and then some Gundam Wing sketches that I might fix up and digitalize. I've got lots of drawings planned, so I'm sketching out all my concepts like crazy; I'm just gonna blitz the last week or two before school starts and try to whip out a digital piece a day or something crazy.

Just Another Week

This week went by kind of fast, so I don't really have one really finished digital piece but oh well. It may look like there's not really all that much all together, but I guess it's because I've been compiling a bunch of my individual stuff into one bigger piece.

This is a little summary of The Nays that I'm working on. I'm drawing out 6 panels per Eventure to serve as a summary of events and tell the story that way before I fully animate or draw a comic for it (if I ever do, that is).

Mecha Practice

So recently I've been drawing a lot of mechas to get practice. Since that's one of my weakest points, I'm trying to improve so I can actually draw them. ^^; I've been getting inspired by having Gundam Wing on in the background every night while I sketch. Plus I've been looking to Mega Man and Live A Live a little bit for inspiration on this as well.

Some more practice with mechas, but this time it's an actual finished fully colored digital piece. I've been meaning to do some Live A Live fanart for awhile, but I never got around to it until now. I also was experimenting with different brushes to create different textures. That shows the most on Buriki Daioh. In actuality, Akira should be a bit smaller, but I wanted him to be visible in the picture instead of showing his real size in comparison to Buriki Daioh.

Just wanted to do some fanart that wasn't all completely mechas. I mean Cube from Live A Live did sneak in there, but he's more of just a little robot. Then I've got Minato and Kushina from Shippuuden and then there's Trowa and Heero from Gundam Wing.
