More Animating Fun

So Animation III has been making me enjoy animating a lot more, I've noticed. I'm really enjoying rough animation more than clean-up now. This week we worked on refining our first rough pass of our animations, as well as doing some gesture drawings from cartoons.

My refined rough pass.

Gestures from Toy Story.

Gestures from One Froggy Night and What's Opera Doc.

Monsters University!

So I finally got around to going to the theater and watching Monsters University yesterday. And I've gotta say, it was a great movie! Honestly I enjoyed it more than the first one; it was a lot more relatable and interesting to me. And it was probably one of the best movies I have ever seen in theaters. Not to mention my brother and I were the only ones in the theater, so we didn't have any distractions.

"051: Dugtrio"
Pokemon of the Day!

This was a quick little gift that I drew for my friend, Jinny. I'm not really into Animal Crossing, but Chief is her favorite villager.

Easing Back In

Yesterday was my first full day back at home, so I didn't do all that much art-related. I'm slowly easing back into my schedule and trying to get back my work ethic.

Coming right along, back into my Pokemon of the Day sketches.

These are some color scripts I did for an application process. The video I color scripted is from The Incredibles and can be found here.
