Choose Your Own Adventure Test
I was experimenting with some choose your own adventure stories, so I made these quick illustrations for a spur of the moment story.

Inside of My Characters' Minds
Recently I've been working on some world development pieces. Specifically, I've been figuring out what it looks like inside of the characters' minds, since that plays a major role in my story. I've gotten all five of my main characters done, so this was a really fun exercise.
Inside of Ralphie's Mind
Inside of Zandra's Mind
Inside of Pubby's Mind
Inside of Gair's Mind
(I already posted this one earlier)

World K Celebrations
So recently I've been working on some pieces for my portfolio. I also have been wanting to develop some of The Worlds a little more. So I decided to create a full illustration based off of some color studies that I did a few weeks ago. So this is the Timeless Abyss, and Gair and Piko are celebrating and bonding and being friends after participating in the World K Tournament.
The final illustration!
These were the initial thumbnails that I did a few weeks back.
Then I sketched out the one I decided to go with.
I decided to go lineless with this one, so this step took a lot longer than usual. I blocked in all of the colors.
Then I started blocking in some shading.
Worked on shading some more things in.
I started adding some textures and re-positioned Gair.
Started adding in more textures and refining things.
And the final piece before adding in the lights!

What it Looks Like Inside of Gair's Mind
I've been wanting to draw environments of The Worlds more recently, since I haven't really done a whole lot of those. I've been focusing a lot on developing the characters, but the actual Worlds need some love and care too. So I'm starting off by figuring out what it looks like within all of The Nays' minds. And to start off with the protagonist: Gair!
This is kind of a Lost Eventure, since I never really showed what happened when Rocko trained The Nays. But I imagine Gair would need to know his way around the inside of his mind (this rocky cave). So him and his imaginary friend (Drogo) are exploring and trying to figure things out.
I did a bunch of thumbnail sketches to figure out a composition that I wanted, to show the characters and the environment.
I decided to go with this thumbnail.
Then I laid down some tones and re-sketched things out.
And then I cleaned up the lines.
I put down some basic colors.
And then I started on adding in some of the shading.
I fixed up some of the shading and did some blurring of background elements.
And then I added the final effects.

Sleeping Nays
So this is a project I've been working on the past few days! This was a lot of fun, so I plan on doing more prompts in the future (I thought up a bunch of ideas and decided to start with this one). I really wanted to explore my characters' lives more and design what their rooms might look like. At first I was going to just draw each character on a bed without thinking about what the environments would look like, but then I got carried away adding more and more things, until they became really personalized and unique! It's fun to see how many different ways people can do ordinary things, so that's what I'm exploring with my six main characters. Look forward to more entries like this in the future!
Grenna:
Here are all of them in one!
And now I'll show some of the process of how each one got to where it ended up!
Gair:
I started with the sketch
Then the background base color, and lineart.
Then the base colors
And then the shading!
The process is the same on all of these, so it's pretty straight-forward.
