Shaw's hard at work, training to become a World Leader. Gair and friends enter during one of the trials, and Shaw does his best to respond to his duties.
I referenced the part from DBZ when Goku first demonstrates his instant transmission by stealing Master Roshi's sunglasses. For some reason, this came to my head and I decided to draw Gair in this pose.
