Chipon is a helpful man who lives in the Water Cavern in Party Sanctuary World. He always refers to his friends as his pals and is very concerned when friends are separated. Chipon knows a lot about Chaz, since he lives rather close to Nylo Factory. He is very observant and sees pretty much everything that happens in the Water Cavern.
Haiku is a gossip-lover from Outlaw Bar who does research and loves spreading rumors. She really doesn't like outsiders, and prefers to talk with her small group of trusted friends. Because of her nature, Haiku often does not care what others think of her.
