Artist Studies & Doodles

Some various sketches and studies I did throughout the week in my free time. But it's officially Spring Break now! Time to start working harder on my own projects.

My entry for the Weeklies Scribble Competition. Definitely one of my weaker pieces.

I did some composition studies of the Lone Star in class.

I've also been working on some studies of artists, so that I can adapt to a variety of styles much more successfully. I plan on doing more of these in the future, too. My versions are on the right side of the pages. I did ones of Freddie Moore, Chris Sanders, and JC Leyendecker.
