Owen is a lonely old fisherman who lives on an island. He is trapped on top of the mountain on the island, so basically has no human contact. He is very informative and enjoys telling his tale to anyone who ends up trapped in the same place as him.
Prince Baby Jr is a strange child who will do anything to be accepted... even if it means wearing a pair of pants on his head instead of a crown. He is very gullible, so unfortunately for him, King Baby and the others take advantage of this to ask him for multiple favors.
