Florence is a friendly and loving mother of Thing. She can be a bit weird at times, so it makes sense where Thing gets his lively personality from. She is a pretty strong fighter though, so her involvement in the Tano Army makes her life very busy; so busy that she does not have enough time to take care of Thing (which in turn is why she leaves him at Malcolm's Foster Home).
Jennie is a girl who is very shy around anyone who she is not friends with. She can usually talk her mind out freely with her friends, and enjoys being in their company. Although, she is sometimes quite nervous around Scott because of her attraction to him. Jennie is quick to defend herself and will stand up for her beliefs firmly. She is very passionate about hockey and really enjoys playing it.
